Learn to Meditate

Properly, I mean.  I've learned a little, hear and there.  I know enough people that have obsessed themselves with it after learning a little.  Some are a little strange, some vanish for whatever reason.  I just think you need a good teacher...  I've always wanted to learn to do it right.
